just happened to be talking to some 'random fellow lyricist' this morning and mumbled this:
"a lyricist is acherli some kind of a teacher
except u dun teach a class
u teach anyone who listens to a song"
so it is up to the lyricist to go out and have a wealth of experience, process in the brain, then share it with the world...your song may touch and inspire souls whose existence you do not even know of.
suddenly what xiaohan laoshi said in class makes sense, "lyricists have a moral responsibility."
